摘要
针对河北省水资源严重短缺的实际情况,在对全省的微咸水、雨水、污水等水资源潜力进行认真分析的基础上,提出可采用咸淡混浇与管道输水一体化和微咸水淡化技术;简述了当地集雨工程的5种模式;对河北省污水资源化及用水现状进行分析,最后提出促进河北省"非常规水资源"利用的对策和措施。以期缓解河北乃至北方同类型缺水地区的水资源紧缺状况。
Through a detailed analysis on the potential water resources, such as brackish-water, rainwater, and wastewater, techniques of how to utilize salt water are proposed in order to alleviate the shortage of water resources in Hebei Province. The techniques induce the salt-water irrigation and transportation in pipeline with freshwater and the desalting of brackish water. Five methods to collect rainwater are proposed. The sewage that can be utilized and the water consumption situation are analyzed. Finally, some countermeasures to promote the utilization of non-ordinary water resources are proposed.
