摘要
以装备有 4D1 80型液力机械变速器的 ZL50 C装载机为参考 ,利用理论计算与计算机仿真相结合的方法 ,建立了工程车辆传动系统及整车数学模型 ,设计了一种基于人工神经网络 ( ANN)控制的、可以根据作业工况实现工程车辆液力机械式变速器自动换档的控制器 ,并应用 Simulink软件进行仿真。
ZI50C wheel loader equipped with 4D180 hydraulic torque converter is taken as reference and by means of theoretical calculation and computer simulation,and the mathematical models of powertrain and frame of construction vehicle are set up.Furthermore,a new type controller is put forward based on ANN (Artificial Neural Network),whick can realize automatic shift selection according to operating state of construction vehicle.And by means of simulink,a series of simulation studies are carried out with the models of vehicle and working environment.
