摘要
氯化铁能够代替硫酸作为酯化作用的催化剂。在六水三氯化铁存在下可以由乳酸和异戊醇合成乳酸异戊酯。当乳酸、异戊醇和三氯化铁的物质量比为1:2:0.027,回流分水60分钟,酯收率99%。
Ferric chloride can be ased as catalyst for the esterification instead of Sulphuric acid. Isopentyl lactate was synthesis from lactic acid and isopentyl alcohol in the presence of ferric chloride hex-ahydrate. The yield of the ester could reach 99 % under amount of substance ratio of lactic acid, isopentyl alcohol and ferric chloride were 1:2 = 0.027, refluxing and water segrating for 60min.
