摘要
将聚氯乙烯三氯化铁树脂应用于乳酸异戊酯的合成中,由乳酸和异戊醇反应生成乳酸异戊酯,当0.1mol乳酸,0.4mol异戊醇和0.75g催化剂,回流分水60min,产品收率达95%,催化剂可以重复使用。
In the experiment described in the paper, the catalyt of polyvinyle chloride - ferric chloride (PVCFecl3)was used in the synthesis of isopentyl lactate. In its presence, isopentyl alcohol reacted with lactic acid and then isopentyl lactate formed. When the mixture of 0. 1mol lactic acid, 0.4mol isopenilyl alcohol and 0.75g catalyst were heated for 60 minutes at the refluxing temperature, the product was 95% and the catalyst could be reused.
