摘要
在毛细管电泳仪上对12种β-受体阻滞剂和类似物的光学对映体进行了分离,研究了它们的拆分条件。使用 0.1mol/L, pH 3.0的磷酸-三乙醇胺缓冲液,20kV电压, 12~36mmol/L羟丙基-β-环糊精作为手性识别试剂。其中 11种β-受体阻滞剂及其类似物以及苯乙醇胺、胺酵素在 50 cm普通毛细管上获得了较好的手性分离效果,普罗勒沙的对映体在本条件下未获分离。同时发现,芳香环上取代基位置对迁移时间的影响有一定规律。
Chiral separation conditions of 12 kinds of β-blockers and β-blocker analogues were investigated by capillary electrophoresis. 11 of them, phenylethnolamine and clenbuterol were separated successfully under optimum conditions: 0. 1 mol/L, pH 3 .0 phosphate - trihydroxyethylamine buffer and proper concentration of hydroxypropyl-β cyclodextrin (12 - 36 mol/L) at 20 kV voltage in 50 cm unmodified capillaries, but enantiomers of pronethalol was not separated. It was also found that the position of substituting group took effect on migration time.
