摘要
研究了在生理条件下 ,荧光素与牛血清白蛋白相互作用形成复合物 ,最大吸收峰的波长480nm ,比荧光素红移9nm。该法简便 ,快速,线性范围宽 ,干扰少 ,灵敏度较高 。
A spectrophotometric method is presented for the determination of bovine serum albumin(BSA). The method is based on the interaction of fluorescein with BSA to form a complex in Tris-HCl buffer of pH 7.4. The complex has a maxmium absorption at 480 nm with 9 nm of red shift compared to fluorescein itself. The linear determination range is between 0 and 100 mg/L for BSA. The method proved to be simple, selective and sensitive for determination of BSA.
