摘要
1 6、1 7世纪英国正处在重要的转型时期 ,政治、经济、宗教、社会等各个领域都发生着深刻变化 ,与此同时出现了大量流民并带来一系列社会问题。流民产生的原因主要有 :圈地运动 ,价格革命 ,人口增长 ,解散修道院 ,解散封建家臣团 ,瘟疫和农业歉收等等 ,其中最主要的是圈地运动。 1 6、1 7世纪英国的流民问题实质上是转型时期社会经济变革造成的 ,“与封建制度瓦解密切相关”。
In 16～17th century, the Britain was in an important reforming period, profound changes befell the field of politics, economy, religion, community etc. At that time, a great lot of refugee came into being, it brought a series of social problem. The main reasons of refugee emergence was: Movement of Enclosures, price revolution, population growth, disbanding abbey, dispelling the feudal retainer group, epidemic disease and agriculture poor harvest and so on. The most important reason of them was Movement of Enclosures. 16～17th century, the problem of Britain refugee was virtually caused by social economical reform in shunting period, it was related with the disintegration of feudality.
