摘要
当今商业环境变得越来越复杂——不仅仅是经济化 ,更是社会化、政策化以及法律化。所以现在的企业必须用与之相适应的战略来对付这种复杂性。联盟是企业对挑战做出反应的一种方式。目前对联盟的研究主要集中在市场和技术方面 ,存在着一种明显的对于方针政策以及法律的轻视现象。本文的目标是在实际选择理论框架下解释一种结合了市场、技术、政策以及法律的整合战略。
The business environment is growing more complex not just economically, but socially, politically, and legally. So the firms must manage this complexity with strategies that match the amount and variety of complexity in their environment. Alliance is a way to cope with the challenges. The research of alliance mainly focuses on the aspect of market and technology. There is a notable disdain toward politics and the law. The objective of the paper is to explain an integrated strategy combined market and technology with policy and law under the real options theory framework.
