摘要
本文在论述高校科研核心能力的含义及其特征的基础上 ,分析了构成高校科研核心能力的核心技术、组织管理能力和科研声誉等三要素 ,探讨了高校科研核心能力的发展途径 。
On the basis of discussing the meaning of core capacity of scientific research at universities and its characteristics, it has analyzed three key elements to compose core technology, capability of organization and management, and reputation of scientific research to the core capacity of scientific research at universities. It also has inquired into development ways to the core capacity of scientific research at universities. It has put forward emphatically establishing strategic measures on the core capacity of scientific research at universities.
