摘要
在 0 0 15mol/L的硫酸介质中 ,硫酸铈氧化盐酸异丙嗪产生化学发光 ,详细研究了反应的影响因素 ,在优化的实验条件下盐酸异丙嗪测定的线性范围为 1 0× 10 -7~ 1 5× 10 -5g/mL ,检出限为 4 0× 10 -8g/mL ,对 5 0× 10 -6g/mL的盐酸异丙嗪进行 11次测定 ,其RSD为 2 6 % .将本法用于盐酸异丙嗪药片的分析 ,并与药典规定的方法进行对照 ,结果令人满意 .
A chemiluminescence(CL) flow system is described for the determination of promethazine hydrochloride based on its direct oxidation with cerium(IV) in acidic media accompanied with chemiluminescence. The system responds linearly to promethazine hydrochloride concentration in the range 1 0×10 -7 ~1.5×10 -5 g/mL with a detection limit (3σ) of 4 0×10 -8 g/mL. Relative standard deviation (RSD) is 2 6% for 5 0×10 -6 g/mL promethazine hydrochloride ( n =11). The system has been successfully applied to the determination of promethazine hydrochloride in tablets.
