摘要
目的:建立化学发光法测定左炔诺孕酮的含量。方法:采用YN—FG化学发光仪,以硫酸铈-亚硫酸钠为发光体系测定左炔诺孕酮的含量。结果:左炔诺孕酮在0.025~0.4g·mL^-1范围内,进样量与峰面积呈良好线性关系,r=0.9961,其日内RSD小于6.08%,日间RSD小于13.24%,该方法的检出限为0.0025g·mL^-1。结论:该方法灵敏度高,线性范围宽,简单快速,可用于左炔诺孕酮含量的测定。
Objective:To establish a chemiluminescence method for the concentration determination of levonorgestrel. Methods: It was based on the reaction of sodium sulfite with cereus sulfate in the phosphonic acid solution. Results: The chemiluminescence intensity was proportional to levonorgestrel concentration over the range of 0. 025 - 0.4 g· mL^ - 1. The detection limit was 0. 002 5 g· mL^ - 1. The relative standard deviation in intra-day and inter-day was less than 6.08%, 10.88%, respectively. Conclusion: This method can be successfully applied to the determination of levonorgestrel.
