摘要
给出了企业集团多角化经营系数的定义及其性质。在此基础上 ,研究了企业集团多角化经营的经营机制 ,建立了多种行业投资收益与风险的数学理论方程 。
This paper studies the mechanism of the diversified operation of the enterprise group.Based on the joint operating coefficient which is defined in the paper,the mathematic equations about the risk and the expectation profit rate of the investment are established.The quantitative relationship between the risk and the rate is studied.
