摘要
网络经济的实质是知识经济。网络技术改变着企业管理的环境 ,创造了一种新的共同工作的方式方法 ;知识和信息改变着企业管理的理念 ,拓宽了企业管理的范围和内容。而所有这些都将从根本上影响和改变着未来的企业组织 :企业组织结构将趋于扁平 ,企业组织规模将趋向两个极端 ,企业组织的边界将趋于模糊和虚拟 ,企业组织的职务设计将趋于团队任务。每一个企业都要做好准备来迎接这样一场企业管理的革命。
The essence of network economy is knowledge economy. Network technology is exerting a tremendous influence on the environment of business management and creating a new mode of cooperation. The concept and purpose of the business management are being changed. The scope and content of the business management are extended. All of these will basically affect and change the business organizations in the near future: the structure of the business organizations will be more flat, their scale will approach their extremes, the border of the business organization will be more and more indistinct, and job design will be made for teams. Each enterprise has to prepare for the revolution of the business management.
