摘要
在激光工程应用中,例如全息照像,干涉计量等。常常需要知道激光本身的相干长度。本文从调制和卷积定理来讨论各种激光器的相干长度。不仅给出了相干长度的计算公式,还指出了多模激光相干长度具有周期性的精细结构。文中还对连续。调Q和锁模激光器相干长度的特点作了讨论。报导了测量方法和测量结果。
Lasers are applied in engineering. For examples holographic, interfero-metry of laser etc. We often reguire to know the coherent length of laser itself. This paper discussed coherent lengths o'f ordinary lasers to based on the modulation and the convolution theorem.We proved not only a calculation method of coherent length. Also pointed out the cohernt lenth of multimode laser to exist periodical fine-construction. This paper else discussed the characteristic of coherent length on CW-laser, Q-switch laser and lock-mode laser.We proved the measuring method and measured values.
