摘要
目的 探索正常供体外周血干细胞动员方法和采集结果。方法 对 3例拟做异基因干细胞移植的HLA相合的同胞姐妹进行G -CSF动员 ,剂量为 30 0 μg ,每日 2次皮下注射 ,并做临床及实验指标的动态观察。 结果 1例于动员后第 4天采集 1次 ,另 2例于第 4、5天各采集 1次 ,获足量CD34 + 细胞用于移植 ,副作用可耐受 ,未见远期不良反应。结论 G -CSF动员正常供体安全有效。
Objective To explore the mobilization and collection of peripheral blood stem cells in normal donors.Methods G-CSF 300 μg twice daily for 4 to 5 days for three HLA-identical sibling donors.Results All three collection were successful,one through 1 apheresis the other two by 2 apheresis. The side-effects were tolerable.Conclusion The mobilization by G-CSF administration is efficient and safe for normal donors.
