摘要
目的 :观察环丙沙星对伤寒的疗效。方法 :伤寒住院者 1 0 2例 ,随机分两组 ,治疗组 5 2例用环丙沙星口服 ,对照组 5 0例使用氧氟沙星口服。结果 :治疗组有效率 ,开始退热及完全退热时间、总疗程与对照组相比差异性均有非常显著性 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,环丙沙星组明显优于氧氟沙星组。结论 :环丙沙星治疗伤寒疗效高、退热快、疗程短、副作用小。
Objective:To observe the efficacy of Cliproxacin on patients with typhoid fever.Methods:102 hospitalized patients with typhoid fever were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group included 52 patients treated with Cliproxacin by mouth,control group involving 50 patients took orally Ofloxacin.Results:Compared with control group,treatment group(Cliproxacin group)was superior to the control group(Ofloxacin group)in the efficacy,time to reduce the fever from to subside completely,total therapeutic course.There was much a striking difference( P <0.01)between the two groups.Conclusion:The advantages of Cliproxacin on the treatment of patients with typhoid fever included:high efficacy,to reduce the fever fast,to shorten the therapeutic course,and little side effects. \ \
