摘要
目的 了解高校行政管理人员 (简称行管人员 )人格特点。方法 采用华东师范大学修订的卡氏 16PF问卷 ,对两所高校的 99名行管人员分别进行团体测试。结果 行管人员除乐群性、聪慧性、特强性、实验性四因子与常模比较无显著性差异外 ,其余 12个因子与常模比较均存在显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1)。男女行管人员之间 4个主因子及 2个次因子存在显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1)。结论 高校行管人员作为社会的一个特殊群体 ,存在其独特的人格模式 。
Objective To understand the personality traits of college administrative staff.Method Using Cattell's Sixteen Personality Factors Questionnaire (16PF)to test 99 administrative staff in two colleges.Results There are significant difference between administrative staff and normal in 12 personality factors except sociality,intelligence,stubbornness and experience.There are significant difference between male and female in 4 personality factors and 2 complex personality factors.Conclusion There are some peculiar personality traits among administrative staff.This personality traits may be useful to selection,the training and the mental health protection of administrative staff.
