摘要
采用口服肾上腺皮质激素的方法在国产昆明小鼠成功诱导卡氏肺孢子虫感染。在 54只实验鼠中 ,4 7只发现虫体 ,阳性率为 87 0 3%。表明该方法可适用于建立卡氏肺孢子虫感染的小鼠动物模型 ,并具有简便、经济等优点。
The infection of Pneumocystis carinii in Kunming mice was established by oral intake using prednisolone. Of 54 experimental mice, P.carinii was found in 47 mice and the infection rate was 87.03%. The result shows that the inducing method is suitable for establishing the mice model of P. carinii infection and has both simple and economical advantages.
