摘要
随着中国农业产业结构调整和农村城镇化发展所带来的农村生产要素重组 ,中国农村土地要素市场发展迅速。为了推进中国农村土地市场的健康发育 ,有必要分析农村土地市场中农地价格对农户行为的影响 ,运用“蛛网模型”对农村土地市场运行的几种典型状态进行理论上的分析 ,以此为基础 ,探索并解决当前农村土地市场发育运行中的问题。
With the adjustment of agricultural structure and reconstruction of productive elements resulted from rural urbanization, Chinese rural land markets have undergone rapid development. To promote the healthy development of rural land markets, an analysis is necessary of the effect of land price on farmer's behavior. The 'cobweb theory' is applied to the theoretical analysis of typical patterns of rural land market management, on the basis of which problems of current land market management are explored and resolved.
