摘要
目前 ,酒店都喜欢招收实习生到酒店顶岗实习 ,这对酒店、对学校来说是两全其美之事 ,但在实际操作中也暴露出许多问题 ,影响实习效果。本文就如何搞好酒店管理专业毕业实习进行初步探讨。
At present hotels prefer recruiting students in practice to work for them.Both schools and hotels will benefit from this. However, in the real operation, a lot of problems emerge and this affects the result of graduation practice. This paper mainly focuses on how to improve the students' graduation practice in hotel management.
