摘要
传统象牙塔式的大学自主与大学法人地位 ,由于政府、社会的介入和干预 ,在 2 0世纪已日渐式微。自 2 0世纪后期以来 ,维护大学自主和法人地位的呼声重新高涨 ,但这并非对大学象牙塔传统的简单复归 ,而是在反思 2 0世纪打破大学象牙塔传统过程中建立起来的新机制的基础上 ,为应对快速到来的全球化知识经济的挑战提出的新诉求。
The traditional decision-making power and administrative agency of university become weaker in the 20th century because of the intervetion of goverment and society. Since the late 20th century the claim has become stronger to maintain universitity's decision-making power and its status of administration agency, but it's not the regression of tradition. It replies to the challenge of globalizing knowledge economy. So the new era entrusts fresh connotation and regulation to universities' decision-making power.
