摘要
采用模拟试验方法 ,在试验室内模拟不同轴重货车运行于 6 0kg/m直线PD - 1钢轨情况 ,研究轴重对轮轨磨损的影响。试验结果表明 ,2 5t轴重时 ,车轮和钢轨的磨损率均明显大于 2 1t和 2 3t轴重时的磨损率 ,因此 ,在我国现行铁路标准下 ,将货车轴重由 2 1t提高到 2
The railway wagon with different axle loads running on 60 kg/m PD-1 tangent rail is simulated in laboratory, and the effects of axle load on the wear of wheel and rail are analyzed. Experimental results show that the wear ratio of wheel and rail under 25 t axle load is obviously larger than that under 21 t and 23 t axle loads respectively. So, under the present railway standard, it is not appropriate to increase the axle load of railway wagon from 21 t to 25 t in China.
