摘要
介绍了SS7型电力机车牵引杆座的裂纹情况,应用有限元法分析了裂纹发生的原因,指出在牵引杆座前后加设加强筋板使结构的局部区域刚度失调是造成裂纹的主要原因。提出消除裂纹的改进设计和现场处理办法。即加焊12mm厚的补强板,协调局部刚度,使应力分布均匀化。
Cracks in the traction link base of SS7 electric locomotive are shown and reasons are analyzed with finite element method, The main reason is pointed out that reinforced sheets are used before and after the traction link base, leading to uneven partial rigidity. It is proposed to improve the design to remove the cracks and the field solutions.The solution is to have one reinforced sheet of 12 mm welded, coordinating the partial rigidity and getting the stress distribution even.
