摘要
目的 观察内板层巩膜放射状切开持续降低眼压的效果。方法 在同时需行白内障和青光眼手术的病例中 ,联合手术组 2 2眼行白内障超声乳化联合内板层巩膜切开术 ;对照组 2 0眼单纯行白内障超声乳化吸出术。所有眼都植入人工晶状体。结果 手术后 1年 ,联合手术组平均眼压较手术前的 ( 2 4 8± 4 2 )mmHg降低 6 2mmHg ,对照组降低 ( 2 2± 3 2 )mmHg ,两组间差异具有非常显著性意义 ,(P <0 0 1)。结论 白内障超声乳化、人工晶状体植入联合内板层巩膜放射状切开术能持续降低眼压 ,单纯应用白内障超声乳化和人工晶体植入 ,也能降低眼压 ,但比率少。
Objective To investigate the changes of IOP level after inter-scleral incision.Methods The phacoemulsification combined with inter-scleral incision on 22 eyes,and phacoemulsification alone on 20 eyes in the cases of cataract with glaucoma.All of these eyes PC IOL were implanted.Results One year after the operation,the average IOP level in the former group has lowered 6.2 mmHg from the preoperative (24.8±4.2)mmHg,in the latter group,it has lowered(2.2±3.2)mmHg.The difference was very significant( P <0.01).Conclusions Combination group can reduce the IOP level and phacoemulsification alone group can reduce the IOP level only the results were different.
