摘要
作者对平均屈光度为－６．１２Ｄ的１９５只近视眼行角膜放射状切开术，中心视区保留在３～４ｍｍ，分别作４、６、８、１０和１２条切口，切口深度达角膜厚度的９０％～９５％。其中对１４２只眼进行了６个月以上的随访，平均矫正度数为５．１２Ｄ；手术并发症包括角膜微切穿占５．１２％，角膜新生血管占２．１％，过度矫正占４．２％，矫正不足２１％。

keratotomy for treatment of myopia of mean 6.12 D. The central clear zone was 3～4mm in
diameter,and 4,6,8,10 and 12 incisionswere made. The depth of cut was estimated at 90%～95%of
the corneal thickness. 142 eyeswere followed up for over 6 months. Myopia was reduced by an
average 5.12 D.The compli-cations included corneal microperforation in 5.12%,corneal new
vessel in 2.1%,overcorrec-tion in 4.2%and undercorrection in 21%.
