摘要
目的 观察rhGM CSF、rhEPO在 3例急性放射病 (ARS)救治中的疗效。方法 一例重度ARS患者使用了rhGM CSF和rhEPO ,另两例中度ARS患者仅用rhGM CSF。 3例患者均在照后 10d、79d检测血清GM CSF、EPO浓度。结果 使用rhGM CSF后 ,外周血白细胞下降速度慢 ,低值持续时间短 ,回升速度快 ,骨髓恢复时间提前。使用rhEPO的患者 ,外周血网织红细胞为 0的持续时间明显缩短 ,骨髓红系增殖池比例增加。 3位患者照后 10d血清GM CSF、EPO浓度明显升高 ,并与受照剂量及骨髓损伤程度相关。结论 rhGM CSF、rhEPO的应用促进了 3例ARS患者造血功能恢复。
Objective The therapeutic effect of rhGM-CSF and rhEPO was estimated in 3 patients with acute radiation sickness(ARS). Methods One patient of severe degree bone marrow form of ARS received rhGM-CSF and rhEPO treatments and other two patients of moderate degree were administered only with rhGM-CSF.The serum concentrations of GM-CSF and EPO were determined in all cases on days 10 and 79 after irradiation. Results when the patients were administered with rhGM-CSF,their peripheral blood leukocytes fell slowly and then rose again quickly,the duration of leucocytopenia was shortened,and bone marrow hematopoiesis recovered early.RhEPO could accelerate the recovery of reticulocyte.Erythroblast percentage in proliferation pool increased.The serum concentrations of GM-CSF and EPO were much higher in all cases at day 10,which correlated with the irradiation doses and the degrees of injury in hematopoietic tissues. Conclusion The therapy using rhGM-CSF and rhEPO could promote the hemapoietic recovery in these cases with moderate and severe dagree bone marrow form of ARS.
