摘要
细胞因子对急性辐射损伤的治疗作用日益受到重视,尤其是造血生长因子抗辐射作用的研究取得了长足进展。但随着照射剂量的增加,造血干,祖细胞大量死亡及皮肤和胃肠道等非造血系统损伤加重,单一的细胞因子难以逆转严重损伤,因此细胞因子的联合应用成为必然。当前,细胞因子联合治疗急性辐射损伤的研究主要集中于造血生长因子及抗凋亡细胞因子联合应用效果的评价,结果提示,照射后早期细胞因子联合应用是事故性辐射损伤的有效治疗措施。
Cytokine-based treatment was well applied to manage acute radiation injury in recent years.Unfortunately, efficacy of single cytokine was reduced because of multiple organs severe injury caused by high dose irradiation. It is the rationale for cytokines combination. Anti-radiation efficacy of cytokines combination were reviewed, especially hematopoietic growth factors and antiappoptic cytokines combined in acute radiation injury management were documented. Emergency cytokines combination would be an alternative for acute radiation injury treatment.
