摘要
改善曲轴连杆液压马达球铰副的润滑性能是滑靴副静压支承可靠工作的前提条件 .为此提出了一种摩擦特性优于现有结构的线接触球铰副结构 ;在给出速度和载荷求解方法的基础上 ,应用弹性流动润滑的理论对其润滑特性作了数值计算分析 .着重考察了切线张角。
Improving the lubricating status of the spherical bearing in the crankshaft connecting rod hydraulic motor is the precondition to insure the reliable performance of the slipper pair hydrostatic bearing between the slipper and the crankshaft. A line contacted spherical bearing pair structure whose frictional characteristics are better than the present ones is put forward. On the basis of giving the calculating methods of the velocity and linear load, its lubricating features are computed numerically and analyzed with EHL theory. Emphasis is put on the effects of the tangential angle, radii of piston pit arc and linkage sphere on oil film formation.
