摘要
运用一种新的数值分析法,获得了渐开线直齿轮传动热弹性流体动力润滑问题的压力分布、油膜厚度以及温度分布,并将本文数值计算结果与MSato和STakanashi的实验结果进行比较,取得了较好的一致性;本文还通过用新的数值分析法和Newton-Raphson迭代法对几种工况下渐开线直齿轮传动弹流润滑问题进行计算对比,验证了新的数值分析方法求解的快速性。
The full numerical solutions to the distribmions of the oil film thickness,pressure and temperatureetc. of the thermal elastohydrodynamic lubrication of a involute spur gearing have been obtained inthis paper by using a new iteration method.The computed results have been compared with some ex-perimental results with good conformity.Through the computations for the thermo-EHL of involutespur gears under different working conditions by using the new iteration method and Newton-Raphsonmethod,it has been found that the computation speed of the new iteration method is much faster thanthat of the Newton-Raphson method for solving the thermo-EHL problems of an involute spur gearing.
