摘要
用正交实验的方法研究了用盐酸浸取硫铁矿烧渣制取三氯化铁溶液的工艺条件 :浸取时间为 1 .2 h,回流加热温度为 1 1 0℃ ,质量分数 31 %的盐酸与烧渣的液固比为 3.0 m L/g,浸取率可达 96.84% .向溶液中加入少量表面活性剂 PVA作稳定剂 ,在 5 0℃下用氢氧化钠溶液调节羟铁摩尔比 n( OH) /n( Fe)至 0 .2 ,可得深褐色聚合氯化铁 ( PFC)液体产品。产品铁质量分数 1 1 .7% ,密度 1 .2 6g/cm3,碱化度为 1 1 .6% ,质量分数 1 %水溶液的 p H值 1 .7.研究结果表明 ,PFC处理焦化废水的条件为 ,p H值在 6~ 9范围内 ,每 5 0 m L水样中加入 PFC0 .3m L时除浊效果最佳。PFC性能优于 FC和
The process conditions of producing ferric chloride(FC) solution through sulfurous iron ore residue and hydrochloric acid are discussed in this research by orthogonal experiment method. Experimental results show that on the condition of immersion time being 1.2 h, reflux heating temperature being 110℃ in mass fraction, and the ratio of hydrochloric acid(30%) and residue being 3.0 mL/g, the extraction rate will reach 96.84% in mass fraction. Adding a modium of surface active agent as steady agent into solution, regulating the ratio of n (OH)∶ n (Fe)=0.2, a deep brown liquid product of poly ferric chloride will be made, and it is found that in this product, Fe concentration is 11.7% in mass fraction, density is 1.26 g/cm 3, basicity is 11.6% in mass fraction, and pH value of 1 percent solution is 1.7. The conditions of using PFC handling coking contaminative water are investigated. When adding 0.2 mL PFC into 50 mL water sample, PFC gives the best turbidity removal effect in the range of pH 6.0~9.0. Compared with PFS and FC, PFC,the best turbidity removal effect can be given.\;
