摘要
在闪速熔炼过程模糊质量模型的基础上 ,进一步提出了闪速炉仿人模糊质量控制模型 ,即利用Takagi Sugeno Kang(TSK)模糊模型建立闪速熔炼炉产品质量的控制模型 ,并对控制模型进行了结构辨识和模型参数调整 .在此基础上 ,针对闪速炉的运行状况 ,分别建立了静态和动态质量控制模型 .仿真结果表明 :动态质量控制模型要优于静态模型 .在生产现场经过 2个月的控制模型离线指导操作工操作 ,质量指标能够稳定地控制在指定的范围内 ,证实了动态模糊质量控制模型的有效性 .
Based on the fuzzy quality model (QM) of flash smelting process proposed by authors, the quality control model (QCM) of flash smelting furnace using Takagi-Sugeno-Kang (TSK) fuzzy method is presented. The structure identification to the operator's control action and parameter adjustment of the models are also discussed. Two different adaptive human control action models for the furnace are suggested. One is static model and the other is dynamic model. The latter one is better than the former one. The performance of the dynamic human simulating fuzzy quality control model has been tested on the flash smelting furnace for two months. The efficiency of the quality control model has been proved.
