摘要
软测量技术是基于推断控制理论的一门新兴工业技术。本文在介绍软测量技术的基本原理及其构成要素的基础上,详细介绍了工业生产中用于过程控制的常用的一些建模方法及其优缺点,同时也指出了其在工业生产控制中的实际应用。最后对其发展和应用状况进行了展望。
Soft-sensing technique is a novel industrial technique based on inferential control theory. On the basis of introducing basic theory and component element of soft-sensing technology, some usual soft-sensing modeling methods of process control and their advantages and disadvantages in industrial production were discussed. Their applications in industrial production control were pointed out. The further development and application of soft-sensing technology were presented.
