摘要
实验探索利用固定化大豆脲酶连续处理工业尿素废水的工艺方法 ,结果表明 ,尿素转化率可达 94 .5% ,固定化酶活力及形状都较稳定 .
The experimental research of technological method for continuously treating industrial urea waste water with fixed soya urease is made. The result shows that the transforming rate of urea can reach 94.4%,and the activity and shape of the fixed enzyme maintain stabler condition.
