摘要
固相微萃取(SPME)是本世纪九十年代迅速发展起来的一种新颖的无溶剂样品预处理技术。本文应用顶空团相微萃取技术对土壤中的苯系物进行检测。结果表明,该方法精密度良好,在 100μg/L水平,相对标准偏差小于8%,加标回收率在95.6%-100.2%之间,线性范围超过3个数量级,检出限达μg/ L水平。和顶空法比较,该方法具有更好的精密度和准确度。对挥发性较差的组分,该方法灵敏度远远高于顶空法。
Solid-phase microextraction(SPME) is a new solvent-free sample preparation which has been developed rapidly in 1990s. This paper applied headspace solid-phase microestraction combined with gas chromatography flame ionization detector to analyze substituted benzenes in soil. It was found the precision of the method was below 8% relative standard deviation (R. S.D) at the 100μg/L level. Recovery per cent was between 95.6% and 100.2%. The method showed good linearity in wide range. The linear range was over 3 orders of magnitude. Detection limits were obtained at the μg/L levels. Compared with headspace method, the method of headspace SPME is perfect and the sensitivity was higher that than of headspace method. The application of the methods to the determination of substituted benzenes in real samples was tested. It can be easily carried out with this fast, economic and solvent-free SPME procedure.
