摘要
采用吹扫捕集-气相色谱-质谱(P&T-GC-MS)法测定了海洋沉积物中挥发性有机物(VOCs)的含量,优化了吹扫条件。54种VOCs在4-40μg/L范围内具有良好的线性关系,浓度测量的相对标准偏差为2.67%。14.2%,VOCs的样品加标回收率多在87.0%-127%之间,栓出限为0.07-1、87μg/kg(干重)之间。该方法亦可应用于土壤中VOCs的测定。
Concentrations of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in marine sediments were determined by using P&T - GC - MS technique, upon optimization of the purging temperature. Good separation has been achieved for 54 VOCs and 4 surrogates with excellent linearity in the concentration range of 4 - 40 μg/L. The detection limits for the determination ranged from 0.07 μg/kg to 1.87 μg/kg ( based on dry weight) , with relative standard deviations of 2.67% - 14.2%. The recoveries were 87.0% - 127%, except for CCI4 whose recovery was 74.0%. The method is also applicable for analysis of VOCs in soil samples.
