摘要
目的 :观察养阴通脑颗粒对麻醉犬心脏功能的影响。方法 :将 2 9只犬随机分为养阴通脑颗粒组、维脑路通组和生理盐水对照组 ,用心脏收缩时间期 (STI)评定心脏功能的变化。结果 :养阴通脑颗粒和维脑路通能减小 PEP/L VET比值 ,延长 L VET和缩短 PEP的作用。结论 :养阴通脑颗粒和维脑路通有改善心脏功能的作用。
AIM:The chief purpose of the present study was to observe yanyintongnao particle effects on cardiac performance in anesthetized dog. METHODS:29 dogs wene randomly allocated to yangyintongnao particle group, weinaolutong group and physiological solution control group,the authors assess the candiac function applying with systolic times intervals(STIs). RESULTS: yanyintongnao particle and weinaolutong reduce PEP/LVET rations,prolong LVET and shorten PEP. CONCLUSION: yangyintongnao particle and weinaolutong are able to improve cardiac performance.
