摘要
为探讨袁氏养心灵口服液对心功能不全的治疗作用，用日本大耳白家兔静脉注射阿霉素粉针造模，予袁氏养心灵口服液灌胃治疗。提示：该口服液通过延长ＬＶＥＴ、降低ＰＦＰ／ＬＶＥＴ比值，增加ＳＶ、ＣＯ、ＥＦ等，从而提高心脏有效泵力，改善心功能不全状态。
In order to explore the therapeutic effect of the above oral liquid on cardiac insufficiency, white Japanese rabbits are employed and made into models by intravenous injection (IV) with adrianmycin pow- der, followed by stomach perfusion with this liquid. Results reveal that this liquid can increase the effective cardiac pumping capacity and improve the cardiac insufficiency by lengthening LVET, reducing PET/ LVET ratio and increasing SV, CO, and EF.
