摘要
本试验对甘蓝田样品中抑太保的残留量测定作了改进。由对农药添加样品的测定结果表明,抑太保在甘蓝及其土壤中的平均添加回收率分别为86.27—93.53％和83.60一89.83％。最小检出浓度分别为0.0050ppm(甘蓝)和0.0025ppm(土壤)。对实际样品的测定表明,本法能满足抑太保在甘蓝上残留动态试验的要求。
The revised analytical method of chlorfluazuron in cabbage samples has been performed with average fortified recoveries being 86.27-93.53% for cabbage, and 83.60-89.83% for soil; and with detection limits 0.0050ppm for cabbage and 0.0025ppm for soil, respectively. The revised method is suitable for residue tests of chlorfluazuron in cabbage field.
