摘要
本文报道了多菌灵在西洋参中残留量的HPLC检测方法.当添加水平在1.0一5.0μg·l^(-1)时,根中回收率为60一76%:添加水平在0.5一2μg·l^(-1)时,茎叶中回收率为70一80%;土壤添加2.5μg·l^(-1)时,回收率为84%.茎叶、根、土壤中残留量测定的相对标准偏差分别为2.16%.6.17%.1.24%.检测极限均为0.1μg·l^(-1)多菌灵在茎叶和土壤中的消解动态方程为C=118.42(?)和C=18.84(?)半衰期为5.87d和3.63d.
A HPLC method for determination of the residues of Carbendazim in Panax quinque-folium was described using a reversed phade column,packed with ODS and UA detection at 277 nm. The mobile phase was a mixture of methanol-water-tetrahydrofuran(49 : 49 : 2). Recoveries of Carbendazim were 70-80% for 0. 5-2μg· g-1 ranges in the stem and leaves, 60-76% for 1. 0-5. 0μg · g-1 ranges in the root, and 84% for 2- 5μg · g-1 in the soil. The relative standard deviation were 2. 16%, 6- 17% and 1- 24%, respectively. The detection limit was 0. lμg · g-1 for all samples. The elimination equation of dynamic state and the half-life time of Carbendazim for the stem and leaves and the soil were C=118. 42e-0.1156 and C=18. 84e-0.1912, and 5. 87 and 3. 63 days, respectively.
