摘要
把 2 BDH- 8振动排种器等价成由两弹簧支持力和一激振动力作用于一条自由梁的振动系统。应用模态分析法求解该系统的运动微分方程 ,给出均匀分布的各 V型槽振幅基本一致的条件及 L1/L和 ω/ωn 的对应关系。同时验证了按该解析设计的 2 BDH- 8振动排种器各 V型槽振幅一致 。
In this work, the 2BDH 8 seed metering vibrator is modelled as an unrestrained uniform beam supported on two springs with a sinusoidal disturbance force loading. The differential equation of motion of the beam is solved by using the modal analysis, from which the conditions of approximate equiamplitude vibrations of all the V type tanks equidistantly arranged on the beam can be derived, and the corresponding relationship between ω/ω n and L/L 1 can be created. Experiment verified the results.
