摘要
对河南省市场上销售的 18种玉米品种的水分、千粒重、容重、硬度、粗蛋白质含量、粗脂肪含量进行了测定 ,并对蛋白质含量较高的 6种玉米的赖氨酸含量进行了测定。结果表明 ,18种玉米的水分含量为 13.0 8%~ 16 .87% ,平均为 15.10 % ;千粒重为 2 38~ 376g ,平均为 32 9.3g ;容重为 70 4~ 776kg/m3,平均为 74 8.8g ;粗蛋白质含量 (干基 )为 8.3%~ 12 .59% ,平均值为 10 .4 6 % ;粗脂肪含量为 3.89%~ 6 .32 % ,平均为 4 .75%。6种粗蛋白质含量高的玉米品种的赖氨酸含量为 0 .31%~ 0 .37%。根据玉米的粗蛋白质、粗脂肪含量和容重计算出了所测玉米品种的增值数据 ,初步筛选出供推广的。
kinds of corn from market were tested for moisture,1000 kernels weight,bulk weight,hardness,crude protein content,crude fat content and 6 kinds of corn were tested for lysine content.The results showed that moisture contents ranged 13.08_16.87%,average 15.10%;1000 kernels weight 238~376g,average 329.3g;bulk weights 704~776kg/m 3,average 748g;crude protein contents(d.b.)8.30~12.59%,average 10.46%;crude fat contents 3.89~ 6.32% (d.b.),average 4.75%.The lysine contents of 6 kinds of corn tested were 0.31~0.37%(d.b.).The specific feed corn varieties with increased economic value were selected and recommanded for planting. ]
