摘要
在对影响摆线针轮行星减速器可靠性的各种因素进行深入研究的基础上 ,针对国产减速器的故障失效的条件和原因 ,建立了一套适应于国产各类摆线减速器的现场可靠性评价体系 ,并对实际产品进行了考核。
Based on the investigation of the influnce factors on the reliability of cycloid speed reducer and the failure causes of this kind of speed reducer, an evaluating system for the reliability of cycloid speed reducer was developed in this paper. The application examples of this system were also given.
