摘要 摩擦换向抽油机是一种机电一体化的高效节能产品,摆线针轮减速器作为重要的机械传动部件具有体积小、重量轻、传动效率高的特点,其运行的稳定性将直接影响抽油机的使用寿命.针对该种减速器,利用UG软件建立了摆线针轮的三维几何模型,着重应用有限元方法对其齿廓应力进行了理论分析,并以实件为例求取摆线针轮所受的最大转矩和压力,为减速器的进一步设计提供可资参考的理论依据. Fiction transfer pumping unit is an oil exploitation unit with high efficiency. The cycloid-gear reducer is one of the most important transmission components of the pumping unit by its smaller volume, lighter weight and effective transmission. The smooth running ability will directly affect the life of the pumping unit. In this paper, a tridimensional model of cycloid-gear was set up with UG especially for this kind of reducer. Based on finite element theory, the stress of the gear profile was analyzed with the aid of ANSYS software. Then, taking the real part as an example, the max torque and stress of the cycloid-gear were obtained, with which the theoretical rule was provided for later optimum design of the reducer.
