摘要
本文对沙棘浆果中SOD的活性进行了研究,并对浆果和种籽的SOD同工酶进行了比较。经PAGE和NBT活性染色,在浆果的提取液中出现了4条活性谱带,在种籽提取液中出现2条谱带,在浆果提取液中的1条谱带(文中A带)对KCN敏感,其余的塔带和种籽中的话带均对RCN不敏感。
The activity of SOD of haae rhamnodes L. berry was measured.SOD isozymes in the berry and seeds was compared through PAGE and NBT activity dying.4 activity bands appeared in the extracts of berry and 2 bands in the extracts of seeds. Band A was sensitive to KCN, others were not.
