摘要
通过烧碱 -保险粉、烧碱 -漂水、冰醋酸 -漂水对 CDP/ PET面料染后剥色能力的小样试验 ,并进行生产大样试难 ,制订了较为合理的剥色工艺 ,解决了 CDP/ PET面料色花、色渍和严重色差等染疵的回修难题。
Effective stripping process for CDP/PET dyed fabric through pilot scale and bulk practices was worked out according to the stripping ability of three systems su ch as caustic soda-sodium hydrosulfite, caustic soda-bleaching bath, glacial a cetic acid-bleaching bath. Repairing of colored spot, color patch, and serious color difference of CDP/PET was resolved.
