摘要 将四磺酸基钴酞菁(CoTSPc)吸附到活性艳红M-3BE染色后的棉织物上,与氧化剂过氧乙酸构建CoTSPc/过氧乙酸催化氧化剥色体系,对棉织物进行剥色。考察了pH值、催化剂浓度、氧化剂浓度、温度、剥色时间等因素对剥色效果的影响,并对其他种类活性染料染色后的棉织物进行剥色,通过棉织物剥色前后的K/S值降低率和断裂强力保留率对棉织物的剥色效果进行评价。结果表明:CoTSPc能够有效地催化过氧乙酸对活性染料染色后棉织物的剥色。 Cobalt tetrasulfonated phthalocyanine (CoTSPc) is adsorbed on the cotton fabric dyed by reactive brilliant red M-3BE, and combined with oxidant peracetic acid to build CoTSPc/peracetic acid catalytic oxidation stripping system so as to strip cotton fabrics. The paper investigates the influences of pH value, catalyst concentration, oxidant concentration, temperature, stripping time on stripping effects. Stripping is also conducted to other types of cotton fabrics dyed by reactive dyes.. This paper also evaluates the stripping effects of cotton fabrics through the reduction degree of K/S values and the retention rate of breaking strength before and after stripping. The results showe that CoTSPc can effectively catalyze peracetic acid to strip dyed cotton fabrics.
