精子形态对体外受精的影响作用 被引量:28

摘要 目的 探讨精子形态在体外受精 胚胎移植 (IVF ET)中对受精率及胚胎卵裂速度、胚胎形态的影响作用。 方法 观察 89个IVF ET周期精子处理前后各项参数及成熟卵的受精率、卵裂胚胎的细胞数及形态 ,分析不同受精密度下精子形态对受精率及胚胎发育的影响。 结果 受精密度≤ 1.2× 10 9/L时 ,正常形态精子 <30 %组的受精率较正常精子≥ 30 %组显著下降 ,提高受精密度至 1.4~ 1.6× 10 9/L时 ,两组受精率差别无显著性意义 ,取卵后第 3d观察细胞数 >8及 <6者的胚胎比率两组间差别无显著性意义 ,碎片 >1/3细胞团块胚胎比率亦未见显著差别。 结论 精子形态对IVF受精率有一定影响 ,但表现在低受精密度时 ,受精密度为 1.4~ 1.6× 10 9/L时 ,精子形态对受精率影响减小。 Objective To analyse the influence of sperm morphology on the fertilization rate,the cleavage rate and the embryo morphology in IVF. Methods Sperm parameters before and after preparation,fertilization rate of mature oocytes and embryo morphology were observed to study the influence of sperm morphology on the fertilization rate and the development of embryo. Results When the insemination concentration was ≤1.2×10 9/L,the fertilization rate in the group of normal sperm<30% was significantly lower than that in the group of ≥30%.When the concentration was increased to 1.4~1.6×10 9/L,the difference between the groups was not significant.The percentage of the more than 8 cell embryo and less than the 6 cell embryo was not significantly different.The same was in the percentage of embryos that fragmented >1/3. Conclusions Under low concentration,the sperm morphology influences to a certain extent the fertilization.The effect becomes weakened as the concentration increased to 1.4~1.6×10 9/L.No effect on the cleavage rate and embryo morphology was found.
