摘要 本文在内径92mm的有机玻璃床内,使用三种颗粒物料(球形硅胶、谷子、绿豆),以空气做为喷动气体,研究了环形区充气喷动床的压降,最小喷动速度,喷泉高度,床层"死区"以及径向压强分布等问题,得到了充气喷动床最小喷动速度的经验公式,即: The pressure drop profile, minimum spoutine velocity, fountain heights, dead zone and radial pressure profiles have been studied in an spouted bed with annular aeration The experimental column was a plexiglass cylinder of 90mm I.D.,5mm thick and 1000mm high with a flat distributor Experiments were carried out with three different particulate materials with air used as the medium for spouting. An empirical correlation was proposed for the minimum spouting velocity of spouted bed with aeration of annulus, i.e., U_(ms)=0.464*(d_p/Dt)*(Di/Dt)^(1/3)*(2gl(ρ_s-ρ_f)/ρ_f)^(0.5)*U_f^(-0.54)
