摘要
在100mm×4mm耐热玻璃制喷动床内,采用环形区充气的方法改善环形区传热及流动,测定了床壁与固体颗粒床层间的对流传热系数,并与普通喷动床进行了对比,探讨了影响这种充气喷动床对流传热系数的因素.由实验结果进行数值计算,得出了经验准数关联式,计算结果与实验数值相关良好.
Walltobed heat transfer characteristics were measured in a spouted bed made of plexiglass of I.D. 92mm. Four kinds of particles of different diameter and material were used and the measurements were compared with a conventional spouted bed. It is observed that the heat transfer coefficient of a spouted bed with annular aeration is better than that of a conventional spouted bed. An empirical corrlation for the Nusselt number was established, which fits to the experimental data very well.
