摘要
采用中科院兰州近代物理研究所20MeV离子注入机产生的不同剂量(5×106P/cm2,1×109P/cm2)的N_(14)^(7+)离子对小麦“82579”进行了注入,并采用垂直板聚丙烯酰胶凝胶电泳技术对其注入后小麦种子过氧化物同功酶进行了研究.结果表明:重离子(N_(14)^(7+))注入小麦后,对小麦根、芽、胚、胫乳过氧化物同功酶均具有影响,尤其是对胚的影响较为明显,与对照相比主要表现为带的缺失.
The influences of heavy ions (N_(14)^(7+)) implantation on the peroxidaseisozyme were studied. Heavy ions were produced by 20MeV implantation ion installationat Institude of Modern Physics, Lanzhou. The results showed that: after the wheatwere implanted with the heavy ions (N_(14)^(7+)), the influence is different on the peroxidaseisozyme zymograms of the root, plumule, embryo, endosperm. And the influence ismore clear on the root.
